What Is a Licence Plate?
A licence plate, also known as a registration plate or number plate, is the identification plate attached to a vehicle. It contains a unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to the vehicle by the relevant registration authority.

Where Can I Find My Licence Plate?
In most vehicles, the licence plate is attached to the outside of the vehicle. Check the following locations:
Front of the Vehicle
Look at the front bumper of your vehicle. In many countries, the registration plate is mounted here.
Rear of the Vehicle
Check the rear bumper or boot area. The registration plate is commonly displayed here.
